A Midsummer Night's Dream

The perfect Shakespeare play for a midsummer night in the ruins of the spectacular Bishop's Palace. Join the Lovers, the Fairies & the Rude Mechanicals as they lose themselves in an enchanted forest full of comedy, magic and romance.

Rudyard Kipling, author of The Jungle Book, also wrote these sparkling stories telling how different creatures came to be. Find out how the elephant got his trunk and the rhino his wrinkly skin in this lively musical adaptation, full of songs, stories and chances to join in! Fun for the whole family.

Don't miss our annual treat of poetry, prose, music and comedy in the intimate atmosphere of the ancient Bishop's Palace Undercroft. This year's them is measurement, with teh entire Festival Arts company presenting our usual unusual mix.

A charity concert presenting music on the theme of ardour, amity and amour. Performed in Mathry's beautiful church by some outstanding musicians working with Festival Arts. Saturday 14th of August, 2.30 pm, ticket £5 on the door.
